Blue Ridge Hospice, located in Winchester, Virginia is seeking a physician for a full time/part time position. The physician would possess excellent clinical, organizational and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other departments and team members to assist patients/families. The physician would also share call duties with our medical director and FNP. The practice would include home visits, direction of patient care and consultative services for the home-based care program. The ideal candidate will be BC in internal medicine, family practice or other medical specialty with experience in Hospice and Palliative Care and be BC/BE by the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine or American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS).
Blue Ridge Hospice has been the exclusive provider of licensed hospice care to people in a five county area since 1981. A private, non-profit, community based organization; Blue Ridge Hospice is licensed by the State of Virginia and certified by Medicare/Medicaid to provide hospice and home health services. We are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Included in our services is a free-standing 8-bed, residential center.

Must be graduate of baccalaureate program; Masters prepared preferred; healthcare business or human services preferred. Hospice Clinical Manager
